WE’RE HIRING: AZ DRIVER & HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

MD Excavation is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced AZ Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

We’re a small, hands-on excavation company where every day is different. We’re looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, flexible, and ready to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AZ-licensed driver
• Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Must be comfortable operating a variety of excavation equipment, including:
  • Excavators
  • Bulldozers
  • Loaders
  • Skid steers
  • Other equipment and vehicles across our fleet
• Comfortable hauling and transporting heavy equipment
• Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities as needed
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Safety-conscious, dependable, and responsible with equipment
• Willing to learn and adapt to new equipment and new challenges
